Add option to encrypt data in the dynamoDB table

Handle double subscribe correctly

If there already is a subscription for given email and newsletter, listing will still repeat a confirmation procedure. Need to fix that.

Setup with prefix is for handling custom domains in the AWS API Gateway
the problem is that with default "execute-api" url this lambda
receives "/event" but with custom domain it receives "/basePath/event"
(where basePath is from customDomain config is serverless.yml)
