photoscanedgedetection icon photoscanedgedetection

Use OpenCV from within Agisoft Photoscan to find edges in an image and create markers along those edges. Uses OpenCV3 to create a Canny edge image, then the Hough Transform to find likely lines and display them on the image. When the user clicks on the image near a line they want included in the calculation, the script uses a binary image with coincident pixels to search for the nearest line segment, then iterates along that line segment to add all the pixels to a list which will then be projected onto the model in Photoscan. Duplicate pixels are removed prior to projection to reduce processing time and unfairly weighted pixel locations.
