Header image does not scale on older mobile devices

Expected behavior: header image scales to fit device, first heading/paragraph immediately visible below title and buttons.

Actual behavior: header image not scaled, user must scroll one whole screen to get to content.

Bug confirmed on following devices:

• iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1, Safari 7 (Browserstack, physical device)
• iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1, Chrome 47 (Browserstack, physical device)

Stranded By Trump was made by a group of friends in Buenos Aires who felt dispirited and dejected by the news coming out of the U.S. Rather than sit around and feel powerless, we decided to build a site to help, however we could - some friends on Twitter helped out, too. We are nominally non-partisan, but we acknowledge that Trump's executive orders were racist, xenophobic, alienating, and decidedly un-American. We believe that no one person is illegal, and that America is at its best when it is welcoming.

If Header Image Load Fails "I'm Stranded" Button Not Visible

On really old devices (listed below) the header image does not load. The white background therefore masks the "I'm stranded button".

To allow graceful failure the button color should be changed to something which shows up on white. As I don't have access to physical devices this old I can't debug properly to see why the header image won't load.

• iOS 3, Safari 4 (emulator)
• Android 1.6, in-built Android browser (emulator)

BernieBNB & Maps Integration for Housing/Travel

Is it possible to integrate BernieBNB (or MarchBNB) to link immigrants with safe (vetted) housing in sanctuary cities using Rapi's mapping applications (#maps-for-change is in ideation phase)? [will link #maps-for-change once it is created] It has since been pulled down but Rapi built maps.berniesanders.com which was integral to linking providers of services with seekers of services during Bernie 2016.

Another possible consideration is integrating with some of the ride-sharing tools which were created during Bernie 2016 (BernieBus).

Tech Reps from Movimiento Cosecha are in ProgCode Network. Bringing @rapi @henry.jacqz @arielleclynes and @samuelcole into the discussion may be invaluable.
