Allow users to tweak the default period length on the data page.

Add global total to charts and tables on data screen

Add more information to details page, specifically analysis of data when grouped by policy implementation.

This depends on: #4

Tweak the calculation functions in src/utilities to provide a version of the data were all periods before deaths reach a certain threshold are filtered out.

The goal is to provide auto updating charts similar to those provided by the financial times here: https://www.ft.com/coronavirus-latest

Add static data for which countries implemented which policies by which dates. (Ideally in json format)

Currently kept at the top of tables via tweaks to custom sort methods, ideally there is a better way to sticky the Global row to the top of the data tables.

Filter out Diamond Princess, and do some data cleanup like renaming US -> United States

Currently the incomplete data for the current calendar day is filtered out from the tables and charts.

It would be good to have an option to toggle this, and to handle the data from the current day in a sensible manner.

Add unit tests, specifically achieve full coverage for the code in the src/utilities folder.

The main objective here is to ensure data is being handled correctly, and calculations are accurate.
