This is a legacy data export page for users migrating from the old audio-timer-app repository to the new phy-mind repository.

Visit https://ricklon.github.io/audio-timer-app/ to export your workout data and migrate to the new app.

1. Visit the export page
2. Click "Export My Data" to generate your workout data
3. Copy the JSON data or download the file
4. Go to the new app at https://ricklon.github.io/phy-mind/
5. Navigate to Settings → Import Data from Text
6. Paste your data and click Import
