Desktop recorder + live streamer for KDE

Features:

  1. D-Bus Python script that can stream to an rtmp service or record the desktop.*
  2. Make Plasma2 UI
  3. Add Overlay support
  4. Add webcam support
  5. Add support for creating multiple profiles (each profile would have settings for overlays, webcam position, etc.)
  6. Add support for streaming to multiple sites simultaneously*
  7. Add upload to YouTube/GDrive/Facebook support~
  8. Add support for multiple screens
  9. Add support for keyboard shortcuts for switching overlays, etc. (how?)
  10. Add KWin Support, such that ffmpeg is not mandatory~
  11. Create a Desktop Application which does the same thing as the widget~

(* <=> Done; ~ <=> Future plans, will be implemented in the 2nd stage/version.)
