bugs in update button

there's a need to polish the working of update button. sometimes, it doesn't go away after updating the supply results.

either fix it or remove it and show the updated results itself

wrong gpa calculations for 2015 scheme students

2015 and 2019 scheme btech regulations are different. so their allotted credits for each semester is different. and also, the grade points are different too. hence, the wrong gpa calculations.
