Face recognition

Is there any way to recognize a face. Suppose I am in front of webcam and I also put a picture of mine in front of webcam. Will it be able to tell if both faces are of same person ?

Face Detection as user lefts

Thanks for your awesome code. In your present code you are detecting the face of a user whenever he/she moves face horizontally. But i need the same feature to be work only when the person is not present in front of the camera. can you please help me out, so that i can tweak your code as per may requirement. Thanks.
