A repository for developing multiple Substack posts collaboratively with Claude. Each substack lives in its own subtree under substacks/ with independent voice guidance, audience definition, and editorial guardrails.

Adding a new substack: copy the directory shape of an existing one, write a CLAUDE.md and STYLEGUIDE.md for the new voice, and start adding outlines. The substack-writer agent detects the target substack from the outline’s path; no agent changes needed.

1. Outline (substacks/<name>/outlines/) — Author + Claude collaborate
2. Draft (substacks/<name>/posts/drafts/) — substack-writer agent produces a scaffold; author adds the personal layer
3. Publish (substacks/<name>/posts/published/) — Finalized archive
