Upload `.cls` to CTAN

Consider uploading the .cls to CTAN so the document class can be included in TeXLive and MiKTeX, and the template doesn't need to include the .cls file.

Appendix vs. supplement

Currently, both appendix and supplements are supported, however this seems a bit excessive. Do we really need both?

Github action to upload to `CTAN`

As far as I can figure out, it seems that uploading the package is a manual process. I'd prefer if I could rely on Github to do this. The idea would be that I make a release here, and upon that release a Github action is triggered that submits to CTAN. If anyone has an idea of how this could be done I'd really appreciate any input!

Fix supplementary commands

The eLife template introduced commands for video, source code, data and various things supplementary. Currently, they're not playing nice with me all the way, so need to dig in and do some problem solving.

`snotez` settings

Should have the ability to decide left(default), right or false to remove it from the second page onwards.

Find alternative to `ifsym` package

Doesn't play nice with Tectonic (myst-templates/lapreprint#2), so would be good. Is also only used for the envelope, so try finding a different solution.

Remove left margin after first page

Thanks for the gorgeous template! I like the side notes but I don't have any real use for them beyond the metadata on the first page. Is there a way to remove the extra margin on the left for all pages except the first one? Otherwise it feels like wasting a lot of space.
