Every time the dialog is opened, it seems to be adding to the number of times the accept event is run...

Currently working around the issue by using @click on the accept button and not using the @accept event on the dialog.

Needs to be fixed.

e.g., in render fn

    'class-name': true
  },
  on: this.$listeners,
  attrs: this.$attrs
}

This will allow the components listeners and attributes to be passed through (e.g., a in custom component, with on: this.$listeners the click handling will happen automatically)

I went through your code and I must say I'm impressed. I have a similar project vue-mdc-adapter which I'm doing for fun in my spare time.

Would you agree to share your experience on MDC/Vue integration? May be even collaborate?
I'd welcome any feedback or thoughts...

Not correctly using input event and not correctly handling changes to value from parent.
