Rename encoding/rex to encoding/rexfile
[obj2rex] check if inputfile is really a .obj file
If the input file is not an .obj file the converter outputs everything contained in a file (tested with .dae). Same happens for binary file (tested with a .rex file)
Implement a simple OBJ exporter for exporting the mesh geometry
Non existing IDs don't throw an error
If an id does not exist, the tool does not throw an error.
E.g.:
No image with id=2 exists in the file, the command $rxi image --id 2 -o 2.png test.rex generates the image 2.png which is empty .
It would be more convenient to get an error in such a case.
