When the IPN decodes the custom fields, it does nothing. There should be a 'true' after that.

It caused me at least 4 hours of messing with other code that I was being led to believe was faulty

To get paid from my customers, I am using Paypal on Rocketr with WHMCS automation Platform and everytime someone's trying to purchase something i receive this email :

There is no definition for Bitcoin Cash (BCH) in the rocketrPaymentMethods class/enum. May I suggest the following addition.
