./bin/list-devices

Move logic to index.js

This package must have one single reponsibility: interact with a given 3G modem connected to the hardware. The npm's defines index.js default module file name and the community is used to follow this rule. Batch interactions must be implemented outside this library, either in application logic or on another library which uses this one under the hoods.

Rename it

rpi-sms is not a self descriptive enough, we must set a better name to let people find the library on npm's registry easily.
