But we are working slightly on the same problem (?): https://github.com/idio/wiki2vec
Im creating vectors for both words and dbpedia entities though.

I massaged the wikipedia corpus, but had problems using spark's word2vec mainly due to an issue related to the vectors dimensionality.
Currently I massaged the corpus with Spark, but use gensim to generate the vectors.
