Let the user provide their own M4 macros, include them in the build. Useful for i18n in lib/strings.m4.

Now that each TODO/DONE item has a (user-supplied, but hopefully still unique) ID, we can extract those items and generate a synchronisation script that feeds the items into taskwarrior, or updates the state of existing tasks accordingly.

• come up with a way to generate taskwarrior UUIDs from user-supplied IDs
• find out how to address a single item by its UUID/user-supplied ID over the task interface without writing to taskwarrior's JSON directly

Example:

* This is a nice list
* TODO(UID, person, Some TODO item, [
    * this item has a sub-item])

which renders to:

* This is a nice list
* __TODO person:__ Some To-Do item. 
    * this item has a sub-item

Note the additional space in the second line.

Maybe M4 can somehow test if the first character of the parameter is a white space, and then don't print the [dot][space] part at the end?
