Vision Of AI/Mitigating Bias While Promoting Equality, Inclusion and Citizen Equity.

Opportunities to enhance U.S. CONSTITUTION COMPLIANCE-Specficly The 14th Amendment's "EQUAL PROTECTION UNDER THE LAW" clause. The following is brief and simplified vision of the use and application of our present day capabilities inate in artificial intelligence and it's perhial and auxiliary components could and should be used to fully and better ensure our human, constitutional inalienable God given rights which will lead to " the elusive, but often alluded to " The Pursuit of Happiness" and a more "Perfect Union". Let's give this to the coming generation so they can deal with and enjoy the things at hand in their era and not the things we should have handled and solved so humanity can get on with our collective accession.
Be part of an innovative project that puts Artificial Intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) the internet of things (iot), the internet if entities (ioe), virtual reality and augmented reality to promote equality, inclusion citizen distrust of over worked and under appreciated criminal justice system. Our premise is with the distributed administration of justice and in some cases human preference. The task of equality or equal treatment was a lofty goal to be pursued, but never obtained.
With the advent and adoption of the universal administration of justice ( taking into consideration of jurisdictional/regional law treatment). With that said notwithstanding; treat all of your citizens equal to the best of the given regions ability. The Constitution supercedes anyone's authority to violate a person rights and protects.
The envisioned national implementation and the infrastructure if the internet of things, internet of entities, "BIG DATA" will work in concert to aid all involved in ensuring greater constitutional compliance, help to eliminate citizen distrust of the criminal justice system, enhance the communites perception of a system that maybe just did not have the tools to meet ouf founding fathers very virtuous and magnomous vision of a nation where equal protection was guaranteerd to all.
The tools of AI/ML, (iot), (ioe) "BIG DATA" couple with virtual reality (virtuous) and augmented reality. Can morph into a tool for the ultimate good of humanity giving them a dignity that we as humans struggled to give our collective system.
There are many envisioned by products of technology from total transparency, accountability, public servant deserved appreciation, less marginalizion of individuals who have been historically via perception and times past institutionluy unfairly dealt with. The system will seamlessly integrate street policing,in investigate, custodial, procutional, the judiciary all will be subject to the high standard this technology will provide.
After the national best practices is universally debated and decided upon. Criminal Justice as a Service (CJasaS) can be nationally deployed for the good of and exceptional nation and it's race weary citizen. The "Equal Protection Clause" is the paramount virtuous jewel that AI algorithms will adhere to without much exception.
The uniform national administration of justice will be color blind gender neutral and mathematically precise drawing from historical data as well as up to the minute reality. Bringing forth a new pleateu of the administration of America Criminal Justice system. Once again friend and foe alike will marvel at the heights the virtues enumerated in our constitution.
This has the potential to virtually eliminate the perception of white or black privilege.
Hence equal time and treatment can be administered to all with the retoric ic hic of disparity, inequality and institutional be mistreatment.
The technology will do promote equality, inclusion and citizen distrust while inherently providing citizen equity..
Highlights are real time monitoring of the administration of justice of citizens and give those in authority a "Digital Twin" of the environment that our authorities are "protecting and serving".
This are other objective tools and metrics will enhance our civic moral and surely be usher in a renaissance in innovation, the arts, consciousnes and good to all mankind.
Will you help to make this national scourge disparity in the administration of criminal justice a relic as other primitave practices are in our distant past.
Will you whom have the technical skills or moral compass join me and others in lifting humanities reality.
