Version on Nuget seems out-of-date

Hello,

I was hoping to use this library in my application but after installing the NuGet package I'm unable to implement the example as there's no ReactiveCommandEx.

I did find ReactiveCommandWithHistory.CreateWithHistory() but it's API is a bit different, so not sure if I should be using that,
Could you confirm that the NuGet package is the correct version?
