phpforce/soap-client not found

I'm getting the following problem when I try installing this through composer:

Problem 1
- Installation request for ronster/salesforce dev-master -> satisfiable by ronster/salesforce[dev-master].
- ronster/salesforce dev-master requires phpforce/soap-client * -> no matching package found.

Any suggestions?

SoapClient Not Found

I installed this like you said but when I go to run a test, I get 'Class 'SoapClient' not found', can't figure out for the life of me what is causing this. I installed phpforce as well in a laravel 4 installation and still a no go.
