🤖 CHATBOT AGENTE-PERITA COM DIALOGFLOW

O projeto foi desenvolvido com o framework Dialogflow e tem a finalidade de criar um agente de atendimento ao cliente para negócio do ramo de perícia judicial. O agente responde a perguntas relacionadas a formas de contato com a empresa e solicitações de serviço.

Há uma integração do agente ao Dialogflow Messenger. Dessa maneira, obtém-se o código para adicionar o chatbot a um site e ainda é possível testar a interface do agente na própria plataforma conversacional.
