Goals

• (Very) low CPU usage during playback on multiple clients - fit for an SBC
• Fully responsive design for enjoyable use on everything from a smartphone to a laptop or desktop
• Automated transcoding of video files that are in a format that cannot be played directly on target device(s)
• Support for remote transcode servers, to offload the SBC

Non-goals

• On-the-fly transcoding - low-power devices are not good at on-the-fly transcoding

Request: Separation between movies and series

As title; separation in tabs which you can toggle between movies and series.

Add progress indicator to episodes, and perhaps seasons (accumulated from episodes in season)

Using line in the bottom of the image going from left and x percentage of the width to the right, not sure which color though - perhaps the darker blue from the logo

Request: Subtitles

Either we upload them, or the host is able to add them

Series progress

For series add a bar below an episode image to see how far you've watched. In that way you can easily see which episodes you haven't seen.

Filter the movies and series based on genres.
