Docker registry HTTP API client

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'docker_registry'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install docker_registry

Usage

registry = DockerRegistry::Registry.new("https://index.docker.io")
registry.search("dockerfile/ruby")
# =>
#     [
#       #<DockerRegistry::Repository ... >,
#       #<DockerRegistry::Repository ... >,
#       #<DockerRegistry::Repository ... >
#       ...
#     ]

repository = client.all[0]
repository.tags
# =>
#     [
#       #<DockerRegistry::Tag ... >,
#       #<DockerRegistry::Tag ... >,
#       #<DockerRegistry::Tag ... >
#       ...
#     ]

Contributing

1. Fork it ( https://github.com/[my-github-username]/docker_registry/fork )

docker_registry's Issues

Method spelling errors

In registry.rb, repository is misspelled in the method name definition on line 42,48 and 57. Was this intentional?

Why is it deprecated ?

Hi,

I would like to know the reason of the abandon of this gem ? Is it by lack of interest / time or is there a better way to handle a docker registry than via its api ?
