An advanced solution that takes video inputs, processes them to identify products introduced in the video, and directs users to TikTok Shop to purchase similar products. This solution leverages state-of-the-art machine learning model and GenAI to recognize products and integrates seamlessly with e-commerce platforms.

🧑‍💻 Run Frontend Client

1. Go to frontend directory
2. Install libraries

   npm install
   

3. Run

   npm run dev
   

💻 Run Backend (Express) Server

1. Go to backend directory
2. Install libraries

   npm install
   

3. Run

   npm run dev
   

⚡ Run Backend (FastAPI) Server

1. Go to root directory
2. Run

   docker-compose build
   docker-compose up
   

3. Server is at http://127.0.0.1:8000
4. Docs is at http://127.0.0.1:8000/docs

Product recognition of uploaded video

Pre-process uploaded video to scan for all possible products. Might need to explore a bit for this, maybe need another Python service (OpenCV)?

Upload video feature

1. Backend to create endpoint for video upload + pre-processing (later issue)
2. Frontend to create page for video upload + API request to backend

Setup initial server

1. Setup initial Express server
2. Setup DB (preferably with Docker)
