How will the back-end image processing program interact with the image data?
@AminSarafraz Regarding what you posted on #3, what methods are available to our program to access the image data?
For example, suppose the image data and files live on a set of servers denoted server_A. Our image processing program will run on a much smaller server_B. How will we be able to access the data on server_A? How can we know when additional data has been added to server_A?
In addition to the questions posed above, could you provide a more general picture or concept of how our program will exist and run on a set of servers and how it will be able to access the image data? That is, what APIs and services are available to us?
Our group currently has no idea how to even begin tackling the problem of processing the images, as we don't know what tools or environments are available to us.
