Highlighting tooltip and integration with notepad

Frontend integration

Integrate the highlight front end elements into the original

• Add config/controls to enable each of the widgets, their impact on the SERP layout and the different document viewer
  • Does it need restrictions? i.e. highlighting can only be used with simplified viewer? or with both?
• Generate task examples using highlight and note widgets
• Write documentation using highlight and note widgets
• Review multiple-user capabilities for the document viewer

Prepare for initial testing with Lambda

• Review if we want to keep suggestions, or simply remove that and avoid the error of the first SERP load after search
• Remove documents (websites) that have a cookies message, or empty doctext, from SERP
• Fix minimize button for smaller screens
• Copy Hls to pad only once, and only the new ones upon closing a document
• Move Etherpad to https
• Move Frontend to https (right?)
