can't find decrypted arch!!!

The issue I'm having is at the very end of the compile process:

can't find decrypted arch!!!

I put my original .ipa (My.ipa) inside /TargetApp/ and it created My.app. There is also a /tmp folder with the contents of the .ipa uncompressed.
