The following is the list of BS4 templates that need to be implemented:

• block
• block checkbox
• block check/radio stacked
• block check/radio inline
• horizontal
• horizontal checkbox
• horizontal check/radio stacked
• horizontal check/radio inline

Bootstrap form inputs can be generally covered by four basic field layouts:

• a standard layout (eg, text inputs, selects, etc...)
• a single checkbox field, usually for boolean inputs (eg, "remember me")
• stacked radio/checkbox options (usually for select/multiselect)
• inline radio/checkbox options (alt layout, usually for shorter option texts)

On top of this, there are three form styles:

• default (which I'm calling a 'block' layout
• horizontal
• inline

For now, ignoring the latter.

• BS3 template tracking (#2)
• BS4 template tracking (#3)
