I have verified cb-bread functions in both 'node server' mode and NW.js standalone mode on Windows with Node.js versions 0.10.42, 0.12.10, and 4.4.3

Would be really handy for folks stumbling across this project to see some screenshots in the read me so they can have a quick look at the UI.

This is an issue in NW.js when the built-in webkit browser menu is not active:

This NW.js issue documents how to add logic to activate that menu to allow copy/paste to work.

That logic needs to be added to cb-bread.

In the interim, run cb-bread using the 'node server' command and open http://localhost:8008/ in a browser such as Safari or Chrome.

When using the Couchbase Server in conjunction with the Couchbase Sync Gateway, all modifications to the database must go through the Sync Gateway's REST API.

Does cb-bread support this scenario?

This is caused by the Couchbase Node.js SDK not catching all exceptions within its internal async callback functions.

By the time the cb-bread logic detects the uncaught exception, it no longer has the browser response object to pass the error back to the user.

This is a key reason why cb-bread should be run on your local workstation, with the command prompt terminal window at least partially visible to show error log messages.

You may be able to recover from the incorrect credentials by clicking the "Disconnect" button in the browser page, correcting the the credentials, then clicking "Connect".

The query results repeat a single Key for each occurrence of the same Doc Id.

The table column headings overlap with the query options form.
The buttons for "Create", "Edit", and "Delete" are partially obscured.
Enough of each button appears so that the page can be used, but very awkwardly.

On Windows 7:
Internet Explorer 11 [Version 11.0.9600.17633] works OK.
Chrome latest version works OK.
Most development testing occurs in Chromium [Iron Portable Version 38.0.2050.0 (295000)].

On Mac OSX:
Safari [Version 7.1.3 (9537.85.12.18) works OK.
