"i" Insert command needs re-work

Handling the event prevents the char from being typed, not handling it doesn't allow to clear it from the input.

The input's delegate should be responsible for triggering the event appropriately; not the AppDelegate

`Executable` commands

Make commands more self-contained - maintenance is going to be painful.

Executable trait?

struct to contain:

• command selector (":x, :xxx")
• environment data (ctx, data, win/widget ids etc) - builder?
• command functionality itself
• validation?
