Configurations contain the input area parameter Area hard coded.

The device specific value is not always clear, neither do Wacom docs mention this specification.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Retrieve the values from the device on demand:

xsetwacom list
Wacom Cintiq 22HDT Pen stylus   	id: 11	type: STYLUS    
Wacom Cintiq 22HDT Pen eraser   	id: 14	type: ERASER    
Wacom Cintiq 22HDT Finger touch 	id: 10	type: TOUCH  

xsetwacom --set 10 ResetArea

xsetwacom --get 10 Area     
0 0 4752 2673

Describe the bug

The configuration value input Area is applied at Stylus devices but at Touch devices.
Stylus and Touch devices do not necessarily share the same resolution.

How To Reproduce

1. GIVEN I checked out branch master
2. GIVEN I have Cintiq 22HDT
3. WHEN I run the script xsetwacom.sh --configuration <yxz> --device set
4. WHEN I use stylus the mapping is as expected
5. WHEN I use touch
6. THEN the mapping seems weird: the pointer is not placed below my finger

Expected behavior
The Pointer should be always below my finger

Script does not work if called from another working directory than the root folder of xsetwacom.py.
