Automatically highlight messages from a nick who recently triggered a highlight match.

It should be possible to highlight a configurable number of messages instead of the hard-coded 10 messages. It'd also be nice to keep track of this on a buffer by buffer basis with buffers taking precedence over more generic configuration.
If a user disappears for awhile, it seems pretty unlikely that the conversation the highlights were relevant to also did. It'd be best to timeout the highlights not just on recent messages, but on time since last message received from user also.
