When the monitored viewport (other than the browser window) has a relative % width or height and the contained content overflows the parent (the viewport I am talking about), the plugin does not render correctly.
This is due to a problem calculating the width and height.
Consider $elem an element with overflowed child content. The $elem.width() and $elem.height() return the width and height of the child content, as if $elem had overflow visible. Unfortunately, it does not return the visible and smaller $elem dimensions.
To workaround this, need to check if the returned width and height are greater than the $(window) width and height, and if so, use the window dimensions instead.
The fix has to be done in viewport.resized() function.
