CQORM for MySQL Module

Adapt the CQORM to the mysql module (use https://github.com/LCChronicles/miv-mysql, because it also has mysql_fetch_row_assoc (see the feature branch) in it.).

Most likely only Server/Database/Query.nut will have to be changed, eventually also Server/Database/CQORM.nut, but only small changes.

Safezone around spawns

Prevent people from other factions enter the spawn (fixed radius around the spawn position). Will need timers for that.

JSON stats

enable json encoding for StatModifier and CStatModifiers
