ERROR: CheckBlock : Couldn't find zelnode payment about fluxd

All generated blocks must have correct zelnode payment addresses (for all zelnode tiers) in every generated block. If the addresses are not in correspondence with what the majority of the networks agreed on, the block is rejected and not accepted by the network.
This error message says exactly that someone sent a block that does not correspond with yours/networks expectations of valid zelnode payment addresses.

Removing zelnodecache.dat, zelnodepayments.dat and restarting the node usually fixes the problem of not having correct zelnode list. It is a temporary solution till a fix is released
