Persistent data with docker volume

How can I make a docker volume for persistent data?
I created /usr/local/nagios volume for Opsview and Nagios, I cannot reach the opsview service.

The only mysql service I checked from within the container is running.

Can you help me?

I am running the below command but the services are not running

docker run -d -p 3000:3000 --name "opsview" -v /opt/nagios:/usr/local/nagios -v /opt/mysql:/var/lib/mysql opsview

what`s the default account & password for login ?
