Installation failed about miceco

It looks like there's a problem with the depedency phyloseq. Colud you try to install that separately, and check of it works:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE)) install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("phyloseq")

Thank you for an inspiring response!
As you proposed, I tried to reinstall the phyloseq package using the command above. By doing this I encountered another error:

I downloaded and installed the Command Line Tools package.

After I have done this the installation of phyloseq and also MicEco packages worked wonderfully.
