Add readme
The current readme is too brief and doesn't explain how to actually use the application.
command should exit on any error
Perhaps snapshot any of the heads and perform a reset to the sha1. Currently if a merge fails then it just blindly continues.
Help text is useless
Currently run lbp -h reports no useful information, command usage should be printed so that users can easily find more information about the commands.
the command should not act when the repo is dirty
before executing any command it should first check that there are no modified files in the repository and there are no uncontrolled files.
doesn't report error when a tag cant be found
merge-tag does nothing unless the tag exists, it should produce an error if it doesn't exist
$ lbp merge-tag 2.0.13
Merging version 2.0.13.
