it's just happen on smtpdm.aliyun.com and i tested another smtp server are works fine

I'm assuming you're connecting to port 465 on this host. Based on my testing I believe this server only offers RSA based key exchange using TLS 1.2.

Since Rustls deliberately does not implement this method of key exchange, the server is incompatible with Rustls.
