Update FAQ with new chat info

The FAQ still has old information about my position on YouTube and
Twitch and IRC in general. Need to update to state I use Twitch IRC for
everything (again) and why.

Add support for index.html and README.md gen.go

It is becoming clear that being able to generate any file from a group
of other templates is a core requirement. There is more need than to
just create index.html. For example, sometimes it makes sense to
generate the README.md file from the data.yml file as well. Other
times there might even be other resources that have to be derived from
different templates entirely.

This also leads into the eventual need for a gen directory as well
with different generators in it. But for now, just stick with the
central gen.go or gen.sh or gen or whatever.

I don't know when, if it is when you do /topic, but some links in the description are broken.

Add recommended streamers list

Once this repo is converted into a proper KEG (with a generated web site
to go with it) having one stop shopping for all the recommendations
would be a good thing to maintain.

Observe second YAML document as data

If more than one YAML document detected in data.yml assume the first
is meta data and the second the actual data.

Migrate entire repo to zet framework organization

This thing is growing and showing signs of all the same problems any
other large knowledge base eventually has --- especially when they
aren't formal. It needs to migrate to the Zettelkasten organization as
described in https://github.com/rwxrob/boost.

I also need to create a main register that is even higher than any
specific zet repo.

Move most stuff to other repos (zet, etc)

Can personal project link to forked repos?

Need to determine if repos appearing in the 'linked repos' list on
anyone's personal project can be either forked repos or repos not
otherwise owned by others.
