OVERVIEW
--------

dltools is a package of several tools for the Blackmagic Decklink
series of cards. Currently the utilities are:

dlplay: video player, supports file and network input and
        can play raw yuv and mpeg2, h.264 and hevc video codecs
        and mpeg2 and ac3 audio codecs.

dlcap:  video recorder, captures raw yuv data in supported formats

dlinfo: looks for compatible cards and reports supported formats

dlskel: skeleton application to use as template for further utilities

Please read file "INSTALL" for detailed installation instructions.
