Show error message if pass store is inaccessable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When flupass boots up with an inaccessible pass store path configuration, the gui doesn't show up any error message. Users may have no idea how to deal with it.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show a dialog with the cause of the issue and some posible solutions is nice to have.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Show via toast or snackbar.
