Load own private/public key as command line argument, list all available public keys for sending a message.

Client needs to use the bit-vector like format to request messages from the slave server.

After implementing bit-vector using it has to be tested.

Also there is a problem at the moment when just one or zero messages are available (comment: I know where the bug is it is just a reminder for later.)

Input Multi-Line-Support on client should be implemented.
