Add a link to the page to the template usage template

This template is a work in progress. :-)

Issues:
A. localization in item.hbs does not work ATM, see sachatrauwaen/OpenContent#120
B. Roles could come from the Roles2 (?)

If you want to use the Template, replace all the localization values like {{Localization.EditUser}} in the item.hbs file

Timo should add his "template usage" template to the set :-)

Some templates are ready for use, some are not.
It would be good to somehow make that clear in the names..?

ATM, you cannot use a Photo field

Show the type: Skin or Portal

Add links and a bit more background

This is due to a missing // or https:// in the template

It would be nice to have a replacement for the DNN Core Module, as it still uses outdated Telerik components.

Required ("Must have"):

• Categories (1 category per question/answer)

Optional ("Nice to have"):

• Tags (multiple tags per question/answer possible)
• Search (Search integration in the DNN Core search is OK)
• Grouping by category (or not)
• Group sorting
  -- by a number in the category definition)
  -- alphabetically within the same number
• Item sorting by # of clicks or alphabetically (inside the category group when grouped)
• ...

Add an example where data is loaded from an external Open Content Module (on another site)

The link to the RSS feed in the default Articles template shows an empty page and not an RSS feed

In User-Management template, the fr-fr.json is incorrect.

Add a template for Google Places
