Need to add a weather command

!weather

Should track last location of user, guess based on their ident, and allow manual assignment.

This will refuse to start unless you have a local mysql database set up with a password and junk. It would be easy to create a vagrant config that will create a VM with mysql running, an irc server, etc.

Feature request.

When someone joins the channel under the assumption that we know anything hacking you should be able to direct an !about command to them

e.g. !about SomeDude

I am abusing go-irc (and I largely feel that dispatching on message-type only doesn't make sense for sadbot) so I should make a tiny somewhat-more-idiomatic IRC framework.

There should be a command to show the current bitcoin price.

[16:13:24] !roll defaults to some d size - 10, d6, %ile...
[16:13:56] or takes a parameter in classic form 3d6, d20, 2d10+3, etc...
[16:14:14] rolls pseudorandom, returns result to chan.
