What is this app for ?

This is a simple and lightweight note taking app written on Java.Notes app allows you to take text notes on your Android phone. You can take & view your notes anytime and anywhere; the application works entirely offline.

This app was developed using Android Studio, the official integrated development environment for Google's Android operating system, designed specifically for Android development. If you don’t have Android Studio yet, you can download it at https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html How do you start building it? Once You have download and installed Android Studio, you can start a new project with a activity template, the blank one to begin building the app.

Getting started

How to run it? It is very simple, Unpack the download ZIP (from this repository) and open Android studio

1. Go to File -> New -> Import project and look for the unpacked file in your computer

2. Application Name:Notes App will appear to the users, select it and open it.

3. If you try to run, there will be a prompt message to let you know that you need and Create Virtual Device.

4. So do this, From the Your Virtual Devices page of the AVD Manager, click Create Virtual Device.

5. Select a hardware profile, and then click Next.

6. If you don't see the hardware profile you want, you can create or import a hardware profile.

7. Once the application is successfully imported, Go to Run -> Run App.
