Add Brexit referendum data

No such file: bbc-codes.json

get_data.py needs bbc-codes.json to generate data, but bbc-codes.json can not be found in the directory!

urllib3.exceptions.MaxRetryError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.bbc.co.uk', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /news/politics/constituencies/W07000049 (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: SysCallError(54, 'ECONNRESET')")))

I think it is a request error? Have you seen something similar?

Implement 'second place' viewer

Should colour seats by party who came second, opacity determined by how far behind they are

Expand to 2010, 2015 and 2017 elections

They all have the same constituencies.

Make Better Link Image

When a user shares a link on twitter (etc) it should summarise the election results for that link.
