About me: I am Sombuddha Chakravarty, aka Sammy! I am a graduate from BITS Pilani and am currently working as an Application Developer at Oracle. I am a software developer and an IoT security researcher. I also write blogs on technical and political topics. I am also a Google Certified Android Developer.
- Open source: I successfully completed my Google Summer of Code program with AnitaB.org in 2018 and currently I am a mentor for the project Portal
- Internships: I have interned as a software developer at Publicis Sapient where I worked on a Mututal Fund Asset Trading Platform and also at the West Bengal State Data Center.
- Research: I completed my undergrad thesis at the School of Computing, National University of Singapore under Dr. Biplab Sikdar. I worked at the NUS-Singtel Cybersecurity lab with the IoT security team. I have also worked for 2 years at the IoT Lab, BITS Pilani under Dr.Vinay Chamola. Recently my paper on IoT-based V2G charge scheduling system got accepted in IEEE TVT journal, and I have two more papers under review.
