Modulize SCSS, include better responsive support and cross-browser compatibility, etc.

Consider reducing the amount of data the API sends by limiting it to that which is only necessary.

• Add order column for projects, albums and photo-album mapping tables
• Remove location and description columns from albums table
• Remove date_taken column from photos table
• Update projects and albums/photos queries to order by order column

Set a consistent max size for all photos and limit the photo viewer element's max size to be the same, to avoid stretching the photos beyond their resolution and appearing blurry.

Automatically scroll to the selected photo thumbnail when navigating photos in the photography page.

On the mobile layout, after opening and closing the mobile/outer menu, the content inside becomes blurry (most noticeable on the photography page). After zooming-in and zooming-out by pinching, the layout returns to normal.

When opening the map in the photography map, it overlaps on top of the global header.

Instead of using JavaScript to split the projects list into two columns, use CSS flex or grid instead.

Include pinch to zoom/un-zoom if possible.
