Expression caching is broken, keys are not unique.

This can probably be fixed by storing the full type name of the object the expression is related to.

Expression caching does not work properly

Use expression.ToString() as the cache key instead of just expression.

Automapper 2.0.0.232

Automapper doesn't have a MapFrom() method anymore.
It now has generic type params.

After upgrading to AutoMapper 2.0.0.232 I get the following compile error.

The type arguments for method 'AutoMapper.IMemberConfigurationExpression.MapFrom(System.Linq.Expressions.Expression<System.Func<TSource,TMember>>)' cannot be inferred from the usage. Try specifying the type arguments explicitly.
