google-timezones-json's Issues

Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh is missed

Hi. thank you for your great work.
I'm using this json data in my app.
By the way, I found Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh is missed from the list.
Usually Asia/Saigon is used for my calendar timezone. but when i set 2 timezone for my calendar, my google calendar will return Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh instead of Asia/Saigon.
So its better to add Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh also in the timezone list.

Inconsistent use of DST

This list seems to be mixing standard time and daylight savings time.

Loosely speaking, Northern Hemisphere locations are in "standard time" and Southern Hemisphere locations are in "daylight time". Right now it's the middle of Winter in New Zealand, so selecting "+13" is very weird.

There are some exceptions though, Europe/Dublin and America/Grand_Turk are showing DST
rather than standard time.

Southern Hemisphere in DST:
Pacific/Auckland is +12, +13 DST, listed here as +13.
Australia/Sydney is +10, +11 DST, listed here as +11

Northern Hemisphere in standard time:
Europe/London is +0, +1 DST, listed here as +0
Europe/Athens is +2, +3 DST, listed here as +2
America/Chicago is -6, -5, listed here as -6

But some Northern Hemisphere locations are DST.
America/Grand_Turk is -5, -4 DST, listed here as -4
Europe/Dublin is +1, +0 DST, listed here as +0

There are probably more. I found these manually.

IMHO everything should be listed in STD time.

Please change "Kiev" to "Kyiv" to counter Imperialism, support Ukrainians' right to own culture and self determination

the n8n app uses google-timezones-json and we had a few Ukrainian users report that "Kyiv" is misspelled as "Kiev". I do mean misspelled, "Kiev" is the transliteration of Russian to English, whereas "Kyiv" is transliteration of Ukrainian.

This is a very important nuance for Ukrainians, especially as they fight to defend their own freedom from Russian Imperialism. It's this same Russian Imperialism that has caused the west to traditionally opt to use "Kiev" instead of "Kyiv".

I ask that you please make this small change, as most folks who will reference this package will not know of this issue (I don't expect everyone to be as educated on Ukrainian issues as Ukrainians) but I promise you it's meaningful for Ukrainians when we see this.

To pre-emptively counter typical arguments against this change(sorry, you get used to doing that as a Ukrainian online), Ukrainian is the official language of Ukraine (just like in most European countries - German is the official language of Germany). Thus, it only makes sense that the transliterated english word for our capital is derived from Ukrainian.

Thanks in advance for your consideration. I'd submit the PR myself, but I'm not really good at all that; am a UX designer :)
